Latest custom project completed! Beaded Lace over silk dupioni.
Lace tips: Work with the lace edges, position hems and cuffs to that advantage. The scallop around the neckline was cut from the lace fabric edge with 1/2" extra netting left around scallops, hand basted into place then applied with a tiny zig zag stitch. Trim the extra netting away with small sharp scissors.
